A panel of school governors discuss their legal responsibilities in relation to a series of events in a hypothetical school. After watching a series of reconstructions they debate exactly where the duties of the school governors lie. School governor expert Paul McGann keeps a close eye on the discussion and provides advice and guidance on dealing with the issues raised. The team debate their responsibilities after a child is caught on the school grounds in possession of cannabis and the Head calls for permanent exclusion.
