Description
A panel of experts is drawn together to discuss security issues in secondary schools. At a time when it is becomming increasing common for pupils to carry weapons in schools it is difficult to know the measures we should go to in order to create a safer learning environment. Should staff be equipped with personal alarms or granted the permission to use physical restraint?
