4.2.1: Provide competitive compensation packages through enhancing benefit offerings and salary increases to recruit and retain the best talent. Recognition, awards, and celebration to attract and retain talent.
4.2.2: Encourage, support, and reward participation in professional development and growth opportunities for faculty and staff with a particular emphasis on learning new tools and technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and operations.
4.2.3: Encourage and support an authentic culture of leadership and professional development that values and nurtures every university employee on their selected career path.
