Who We Are:
The UW-Oshkosh sports medicine team, in partnership with Prevea Health, provide top-tier care for all Titan student athletes. The team is comprised of a primary care physician, orthopedic physicians and seven state-licensed athletic trainers.
Our team works closely with a variety of specialty healthcare providers in the Fox Valley, Green Bay, Milwaukee and on campus. The staff is responsible for the health care and safety of approximately 700 athletes participating in 21 NCAA Division III sports.

Medical Information for 2026-2027
UW Oshkosh Sports Medicine will be contacting all new and returning athletes by the end of May, to let them know what medical information needs to be completed by August 2nd. This information may also be found under the Student Athlete Information page on our website.
