Physical Education Program

Degree: Bachelor of Science in Education
Licensure: Grades PK to 12

Completion of the Physical Education Program leads to a Bachelor of Science in Education and prepares students for licensure to teach physical education to students from pre-kindergarten through grade 12. Within this major, students will earn licensures in Health and Adapted Physical Education.

Students who wish to pursue physical education must apply and be admitted to the Teacher Education Program.  Once accepted, students will proceed through the Physical Education Program.

NOTE

• First Aid and Professional CPR/AED are required certifications prior to student teaching.
