We are excited to welcome you to the School of Education and Human Services. We look forward to supporting you throughout your journey toward becoming a leader in education, counseling, or human services.
Our programs offer all students opportunities for field-based practice throughout partnerships with school districts and community organizations. This hands-on experience provides a strong foundation for professional success.
Students within the School of Education can select from six distinct program areas:
- Human Kinetics and Health Education
- Human Services Leadership
- Leadership, Literacy, and Social Foundations
- Professional Counseling
- Special and Early Childhood Education
- Teaching and Learning
The University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh began as a Normal School, so in many ways, the School of Education and Human Services serves as a foundation for education in the Oshkosh community and throughout the State of Wisconsin. We are proud of this heritage and the positive impact that our graduates have had in schools and communities across the nation.
The School of Education and Human Services Office is an excellent place to start for any questions or help you may need. Give us a call, send an email or stop by to see us in Clow N130.
