I have read the Radio TV Film Facilities Policies & Procedures document and understand it completely. I will abide by the rules set forth in this document when using RTF equipment and facilities and will follow proper procedures when reserving, checking-out, using, and returning equipment. Furthermore, I understand and will accept the consequences if I do not follow proper procedure.(Required)
