Transfer Credit Re-Evaluation Request
If you believe that there has been an error or oversight in your credit evaluation, please contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance (TCHelp@uwosh.edu). In the event of an unresolved disagreement with the evaluation, you will be referred to the appropriate academic chairperson for a second review. You should be prepared to supply a course syllabus or a letter of description from the previous college if you wish to appeal the initial evaluation.
- Students: Students can request a course to be re-evaluated, but not the number of credits. In order to have course(s) reevaluated, please submit the Transfer Course Re-Evaluation Request and fill out the form. Follow the instructions carefully. It can take a few weeks in order to process a re-evaluation request. If you have any questions on the course re-evaluation status, please send an email to TCHelp@uwosh.edu
- Academic Advisors: Professional Advisors can request updates to a student’s record on behalf of the student. Please submit the Transfer Record Update Request and fill out the form. Follow the instructions carefully. It can take up to two weeks in order to process a re-evaluation request. If you have any questions on the course re-evaluation status, please send an email to TCHelp@uwosh.edu
- Faculty Advisors & Department Chairs: Please complete the Change of Evaluation Form. In lieu of the form, an email with the necessary student and course information will be accepted.
