The deadlines below refer to when students can add and drop courses during a semester. Tuition refund deadlines are different and can be found here.

Spring Add/Drop Calendar

Spring Semester 2026 Add/Drop Information

Registration dates are as follows:

Graduate Students – October 27
Senior: 90+ credits completed – October 27 – October 31
Junior: 60-89 credits completed – November 3-7
Sophomore: 30-59 credits completed – November 10-14
Freshmen: 0-29 credits completed – November 17-25
Undergraduate special (non-degree seeking) students can begin to register on January 6, 2026

Cancellation and Withdrawal from courses

To withdraw from the current term:

Undergraduate Students

Step 1: Complete the online form to request to withdraw or cancel enrollment.

Step 2: Participate in an individual meeting with an Enrollment Management team member. You will be contacted within 2 business days after this form is submitted to setup this meeting.

*Withdraw requests will only be approved after the completion of your individual meeting.

Graduate Students

Step 1: Complete the online form to request to withdraw or cancel enrollment.

Step 2: Your form will be forwarded to Graduate Studies for approval.
