Rates
Reeve Union offers meeting and event spaces to both on- and off-campus constituents. The priority and rate structure is categorized as:
- Category A – University Recognized Student Organizations/Clubs (RSOs)
- Category B – Departments, Faculty, and Staff
- Category C – Other individuals/groups
Students enrolled at the institution can make individual reservations in the building for their academic purposes when spaces are available. They will follow the same priority/rate as RSOs.
While most reservations for Categories A and B do not incur charges, additional fees may apply if one or more of the following exceptions apply to your reservation:
- Attendees being charged admission
- Students/UWO employees are less than 50% of attendees unless the reservation is directly related to the recruitment/retention of UWO students, faculty, or staff
- Event requests that require technology or the set-up of specialized equipment with staffing
- Fundraising or sales activity that does not directly benefit the University sponsoring organization
- Non-University groups are required to have a signed University Facility Use Agreement
