Hello, my name is Emma Arent. I was hired and did training to personal train in Fall 2022 and will begin working individually with clients in Spring 2022. My favorite thing about personal training is the ability to share my love for health and fitness as well as being able to communicate with many different people! My favorite workout styles are weightlifting and functional training! My favorite exercise is either Romanian Deadlifts or Shoulder Press. Hello, my name is Kaylee Bowe. I am brand new to our training staff at the Rec! I started at the very end of the Fall semester. I am excited to help my clients gain confidence and hopefully show everyone the gym is not a scary place! I love resistance training! It is honestly just fun to be able to lift heavy things. Deadlifting is my favorite; it makes me feel cool. Hello, my name is Ally Frostman. I have been training at the Rec since spring semester of 2022! My favorite thing about personal training is watching people’s relationships with fitness flourish and watching as their confidence skyrockets when reaching their goals, no matter the size! Tempo training is my absolute favorite type of workout style. Even though it changes throughout the year, my favorite exercise currently is barbell bench press!
