Membership and Access

Important Reminders and Guidelines:

• Bring your Titan ID to check in
• Bring a second pair of shoes to workout in
• Disinfect equipment after each use with the sanitizing wipes provided by the SRWC

Currently enrolled students, who pay the UWO student segregated fees, have a SRWC membership.

Students taking summer classes do have a summer membership and do not need to purchase one.

If you are enrolled for Fall 2025 and not taking summer class, you can purchase a summer membership.

All students with a SRWC membership must present a valid UW Oshkosh Titan Card to gain access to the SRWC, Rec Plex, and/or Albee Pool.

Students From Other Colleges

College students who do not attend UW Oshkosh can purchase a summer session and/or winter break SRWC membership. Memberships must be purchased at the SRWC with check or credit card. Students must bring college enrollment evidence to purchase a membership.  This fee includes access to SRWC, Rec Plex, and Albee Pool.

An Affiliate TitanCard MUST to be purchased at Titan Central (one time fee).

Faculty/Staff

UW Oshkosh regular, adjunct, and emeriti faculty and staff may purchase a SRWC membership with a valid Titan Card.

Membership is limited to the terms and length of the individual’s employment contract. Memberships may be purchased online HERE (must sign in with your UWO username and password) or at the SRWC with payroll deduction, check, credit card, or Titan Dollars.

Online purchases can only take credit/debit cards.

This fee includes access to SRWC, Rec Plex, and Albee Pool.  Refunds are not given.

• Month to Month Payroll Deduction Only: $50/month (approximately $23/pay period)
• 3 Month:  $150
• 6 month:  $300
• 9 Month:  $450
• 12 Month: $600
• Fall or Spring Semester Pool Only: $25
  • UW Oshkosh faculty and staff are eligible to purchase an Albee pool-only membership.
  • Faculty/staff pool memberships may be purchased online HERE (must sign in with your UWO idm) or at the SRWC.  Online purchases can only take credit/debit cards.  If you require payroll deduction or using Titan Dollars or a check, the membership must be purchased at the SRWC.
  • A valid Titan card must be presented at the pool check-in desk.

Guests

Current SRWC Members may sponsor up to 2 guests.  Guests must be at least 18 years of age, provide a photo id, and sign a waiver.  The sponsoring member must accompany the guest at all times.  Sponsoring member is responsible for the conduct of their guest.

• $10/guest for a day pass
• Pass includes access to the SRWC, Rec Plex, Climbing Wall, and Albee Pool
• Guest must pay an additional $10/hour for use of the Golf Simulator

Alumni

Alumni are eligible to purchase a $10 per/day pass to the Student Recreation and Wellness Center after they have purchased their Alumni TitanCard. The day-pass provides access to all facility spaces and on-site equipment including use of the climbing wall and group exercise classes when available. Golf simulator usage does require an additional $10/person/hour fee. No guests of alumni will be allowed.

Day passes are available during all hours of operation at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.

Spouse/Domestic Partner

Currently enrolled UW Oshkosh students and faculty/staff with a SRWC membership may purchase a membership for their spouse or domestic partner to use the SRWC, Rec Plex, and Albee Pool.

• 3 Month:  $150
• 6 month:  $215
• 9 Month:  $330
• 12 Month: $405
• Semester Pool Only:  $25

Qualifying individuals must be present with their spouse or domestic partner to purchase the membership. In addition to the required documentation, spouse/domestic partners must also present a valid, government issued photo ID to apply for membership.
Required documentation: One (1) of the following

• Marriage License
• Declaration of Domestic Partnership

OR Three (3) of the following items:

• Driver’s License with the same address
• Joint checking account
• Proof of Assignment to Beneficiary Rights
• Proof of joint ownership of a residence or motor vehicle
• Mutual designation on a will
• Irrevocable living trust
• Durable property and health care powers of attorney.

Please understand that any false or misleading statements made in order to receive benefits for which you are not qualified may subject the partner affiliated with the University of Wisconsin to disciplinary action. Other members may have their privilege revoked with no refund.
