The MPA student, Elaina Swafford, started a new job as the LTE Project Planner at the East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission. Her role is mostly working within the Transportation Department with potential opportunities to work within the Economic Development Department later on. Her MPA mentor, Joe Stephenson, actually connected her to this position since he is at that organization too! This also shows the value of establishing and maintaining relationships with your MPA mentors!
