Honorary University Degree Nomination Form

Public officials, political appointees, members of the UW System Board of Regents and UW System employees are ineligible for an honorary degree.

Please substantiate each of the following for your candidate. The Board of Regents' new policy requires two letters of recommendation along with the curriculum vitae or resume of the nominee. You also are welcome to attach other materials you think are appropriate. These materials will go to the Honorary University Degree Committee, the Chancellor and the UW System Board of Regents, all of whom cannot be expected to know the merits of this candidate except through specific information and examples that you provide. We recommend two or three pages of information and/or examples.

For full consideration, please submit this nomination form by Feb. 8, 2018.
