Organizational Tutors (OT)

Each new Project Success student is assigned to an Organizational Tutor (OT). The OT’s job is to help the student succeed at the university by steering him or her to helpful resources, however there are limits to the type and depth of assistance provided by OTs.

Project Success (Success 101) Course:

All students are required to take the one credit Success 101 course during their first semester in the program. The Success 101 course is designed to help students apply organizational and study strategies to their college coursework and to become familiar with the Project Success program and mission. The Success 101 course is offered as a 14-week course and includes individual weekly meetings with a staff member and may also include some small group workshops.
