Current UWO Student Application Process

Current UW Oshkosh students who apply to the Project Success program are called walk-in students.

A student will begin the walk-in application process by completing an interview questionnaire with a Project Success staff member. If a student has current disability documentation, they should bring this with them when they meet with a Project Success staff member or upload the documentation electronically within the Accessibility Request. UWO students are encouraged to visit the Project Success office to discuss the walk-in student application process and procedures. If Project Success is not an appropriate resource for the student, additional resources and campus support options will be discussed and recommended.

If a walk-in student has no prior documentation or documentation that is not current (within 3-5 years), the student will be asked to obtain updated documentation but may still request temporary accommodations. Temporary accommodations will be discussed and reviewed by the Accessibility Coordinator in the Center for Accessibility & Disability Resources.
