Sex Offender Information
Sex Offender Registration
The “Campus Sex Prevention Act” is a federal law, enacted on Oct. 28, 2000, that provides the tracking of convicted sex offenders enrolled at or employed by institutions of higher education. This information is supplied by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC).
The DOC has supplied the UW Oshkosh Police Department with the following names as being on the registry for the Fall 2022/Spring 2023 School year.
- Corey S. Konrad
- Allen M. Easterling
If a registrant is no longer enrolled or employed at UW Oshkosh, they will be removed from this page after the Sex Offender Registration Committee meets to determine the status of our current list. This meeting typically happens twice each year.
You may obtain information regarding registered sexual offenders who are either enrolled or employed by UW Oshkosh at the Wisconsin Department of Correction Sex Offender website.
Please contact Chris Tarmann, Acting Chief of Police, at (920) 424-1212 with any questions or concerns regarding this information.
Sex Offender Resources
In order to allow you to make informed decisions and heighten awareness of the potential for convicted sex offenders to come in contact with you, we urge you to view the following websites:
- Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry — In addition to allowing citizens to search for information on those you may be registered offenders, this site explain the Registry and Sex Offender Program.
- Family Watchdog — This site can help you determine your proximity to offenders with maps and information about the current registered location of offenders. The maps that are provided are especially helpful if you don’t know the neighborhood street names in relation to your location.
Information about sex offenders living around campus is important information for you to plan for your safety. We also want to educate the campus community about other risks for sexual assault and relationship violence.
Crisis intervention is available daily at the Counseling Center. You can find information on sexual assault, sexual harassment and other important topics.
