The Oshkosh Police Department recently released the following information pursuant to Wisconsin SS 301.45 and 301.46 (Act 440), which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offenders release when; in the discretion of the agency, the release of information will enhance public safety.

The following persons are being released into the community:

• PAUL J. PAULSEN M/W/07-29-1982 WILL BE RELEASED ON 09-06-2011 TO 1105 A JEFFERSON ST IN OSHKOSH, WI.
• XENG LO M/A/08-10-1976 IS RELEASED AND IS LIVING AT 1105 A JEFFERSON ST IN OSHKOSH, WI.
• JAMES D HAKEMAN M/W/11-08-1964 IS RELEASED AND IS LIVING AT 1011 W NEW YORK AVE APT 10 IN OSHKOSH, WI.

Please Note: The offenders are not wanted by the police at this time and there has been no direct threat made to the University community. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
