Closed session – discussing individual employee appeals, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutessec. 19.85(1)(c), which permits a closed session to consider employment of any public employee, and Wisconsin Statute sec. 19.85(1)(f), which permits a closed session to consider the social or personal histories of specific persons.
