College is changing from Tk20 to a new program that can import into Canvas called Tevera.

Lots of new admits (approx. 1/3) are on academic plans. It was discussed how we as faculty can support this change in the demographics of our students.

Admissions are down so COHES is responsible for cutting $70k from the budget. Proposed changes are the following:

Give back faculty line

Cut summer classes

Cut overload, in part or totally

Offer fewer sections, work on program changes to combine classes (for instance, streamlining the double major for elementary and special education)
