Review plan for May 22nd meeting with Bethany and Jenny and make sure we have questions clarified. See penultimate ‘parking lot’ item (below) for notes on this upcoming meeting.
Updates from subgroups:
1. Nathan/George. Financial impact of non-renewals of IAS, furloughs, voluntary retirements, and added teaching.
2. Kristine and Bryan. Dashboard items and how this might fit with upcoming work with our university Student Success Analysis team.
Review of parking lot items and identify forward progress (three new parking lot items appear at the end of the list, as a result of our prior meeting).
