1. Welcome and Check-In (e.g., introductions of guests if warranted)
Some members of our committee will be traveling. If you wish to attend remotely, our calendar meeting notices have been updated to include our Zoom link.
2. Approval of minutes from prior meeting (March 13, 2024)
3. Decision Items
Per March 13 meeting, identify a member of our committee who could serve on the university Student Success Analysis Team, which will have a strategic focus.
If possible, identify an early May date to have Bethany walk us through the FY25 institutional budget and her department’s process for forecasting (see final parking lot item).

5. Discussion/Information Items
Updates from subgroups:
Jerry/Chris/Nathan. Share cost analyses associated with restructuring, including if possible whether it appears we will see hoped-for savings with restructuring options.
Kristine and Bryan. Share continued work on the dashboard.
Nathan/George. Share progress with assessing the financial impact of non-renewals of IAS, furloughs, voluntary retirements, and added teaching.
Review of parking lot items and identify forward progress (three new parking lot items appear at the end of the list, as a result of our prior meeting).
