b. Proposal (Form B) from Leadership, Literacy, and Social Foundations to revise
Literacy 435: Adolescent Literacy Methods
c. Proposal (Form C) from Teaching and Learning to update the required courses for the
non-licensable Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language
d. Proposal (Form C) from Teaching and Learning to create a certificate in English as a
Second Language
e. Proposal (Form C) from Teaching and Learning to create an ESL/ Bilingual Education
certificate
f. Proposal (Form C) from Teaching and Learning to reduce total required credits for MSE with
ESL emphasis from 31 to 30. Also update the required courses for the ESL Emphasis
