*For the Board’s discussion of the performance of the Advance-Titan adviser, the Board will call for a motion and vote to enter into a closed session for a discussion of personnel matters under Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(c). The adviser may make a statement prior to the board adjourning to closed session.
