The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers research, study, and teaching opportunities in over 140 countries to recent graduates and graduate students, through a variety of programs, including:
Fulbright Study/Research Award
A traditional award opportunity where a candidate designs a proposal to study or do research in a specific country. LEARN MORE
English Teaching Assistant Award
The program places grantees in schools oversees to supplement local English language instruction and to provide a native speaker presence in the classroom. LEARN MORE
Boren Language Awards
A related program which provide funding to study a wide range of critical languages including Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese, and Swahili on location in Africa, Asia, Eurasia, Latin America and the Middle East. LEARN MORE
- Programs and award applications for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program open on April 5.
- Deadline for campus submissions is September 1.
- Final deadline for submission through the Fulbright website is October 1.
