VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED! Please sign up using the button below.

Saturday volunteers receive a t-shirt with the festival logo to be worn during the day, plus pizza for all-day workers. Please report to the Festival Headquarters at the Art Student Lounge (Arts & Communication Center S205) at 7:30 AM or 12:30 PM when your shift begins. Complete instructions will be sent by email about two days before the event. Volunteers are also needed on Friday afternoon for setup. Saturday volunteers may pick up t-shirts upon arriving, or get them on Friday at room A/C N228. Note: Some volunteer positions may require a background check.

SATURDAY VOLUNTEER SHIFTS:
“ALL DAY” 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (t-shirt & pizza)
“AM” SHIFT 7:30 AM-1:00 PM (t-shirt & pizza)
“PM” SHIFT 12:30-4:30 PM (t-shirt)

FRIDAY SETUP VOLUNTEER SHIFT:
4:00-7:00 PM (pizza at about 6pm)
If you are helping with Friday Setup, instructions will be sent by email separately.

CONCESSIONS VOLUNTEERS:
Saturday 7:30 AM-3:30 PM (t-shirt)
Only a few are needed, and will be contacted separately by the Concessions Coordinator.
