VoIP Phone Service
VoIP is the phone service for all campus offices via the campus data network. Voice, video, conference calling, and voicemail is available.

Costs
There are costs associated with activation and installation of data jacks if one is not available. Other costs are applied depending on phone model and add-on packages. Contact IT for more information.

Billing
- We don’t bill partial months, i.e.,
- We don’t wait till after the bill has been run before adding or dropping a number from Peoplesoft
- Numbers are added and dropped as they happen
- We don’t disconnect phone lines (or remove it from billing) until the phone is returned to the Help Desk
- Billing will be run around the middle of the month, then it is delivered to Finance and Administration for posting to PS-SFS and WISDM
