There are a variety of survey tools available to campus including Qualtrics, Google Forms, and Microsoft Forms. Qualtrics is an enterprise survey service while the other two are functional but not as robust.

Requirements

If students are going to be surveyed, the Director of Grants and Faculty Development must be contacted with a quick explanation of purpose and subject population and it will be determined if it needs further examination.
