- After IT Staff receives the ticket, a follow up meeting will be scheduled to document the business case and requirements.

Requirements
- Approval of director, department chair, or dean is required.
- Additionally, the business unit needs to provide funding for licenses on an annual per-user basis.
- Depending on the scope of the requirements, consultants may also need to be hired to complete customization.
