IT is implementing changes to ensure we are able to continue to support our students and staff as part of our Coronavirus response.

Effective Immediately:

  1. The Help Desk in Dempsey Hall will not be open for walk-ins but will continue to respond to email and phone calls.
  2. Requests for VPN access will not be collected at this time.  A new workflow is being developed to process requests and will be available on Monday.
  3. Laptop and Chromebooks are not available to check out at this time.
  4. New hardware and software purchases will not be processed for two weeks.
