Immigration PAPERWORK

The UW Oshkosh International Student Services (ISS) must prepare a legal document called the “Form DS-2019” for you before you can apply for your U.S. visa.  You’ll take this form and other documents to your visa interview.

To prepare all forms properly our staff will need a lot of information, most of which is required by the U.S. government. We are not legally allowed to give you Form DS-2019 until we have collected and reviewed all of the documents listed on the application.

Researchers can apply to access both the UW Oshkosh library and the Oshkosh public library.  Through both libraries, you can access materials from other university and public libraries in the state of Wisconsin.

Please note: researchers who audit or take a university course for credit do not need to apply for library privileges.  Privileges are automatically granted upon course enrollment.
