Making Payments
Students may pay UW Oshkosh tuition and student fees in the following ways. Be sure that you have access to enough money in your first week at UW Oshkosh to pay for all of your tuition and fees, books, housing, meal plan, insurance and personal expenses.
Insurance fees may not show on your Student Account until after you arrive on-campus.
Credit card payments are not accepted in person or by telephone. Enter credit card information on TitanWeb (use your student ID to log in) under “Finances” then “Pay Bill.” A 2.75% convenience fee will be assessed on the payment amount for credit card services by the credit card company.

Please be aware that when you are making tuition payments online through Titan Web, you will have to make sure your browser is up to date and your pop-up blocker is off.

Checks, money orders and demand drafts must be drawn on a U.S. bank, be made payable to:

Payments can be hand delivered or mailed to the cashier’s office on the second floor of Dempsey Hall in the main hallway. After-hour payments are accepted through the depository box on the wall next to the cashier’s window.
Please write your student ID number on the check/money order. Allow at least 1 week for mailed payments to be received. Allow 2 weeks for bank Bill Pay payments to be received. Allow at least 3 weeks for Edvest/College Plan payments to be received.
All payments must be RECEIVED by the due date.
Your cancelled check is your receipt. If a cash register receipt is needed, include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.
CASH PAYMENTS
Students may pay at the UW Oshkosh cashier’s office on the second floor of Dempsey Hall in the main hallway after arrival in Oshkosh.
It is not recommended to pay the full bill in cash; students are not advised to carry more than $300 in cash when they travel, if possible, and should use one of the other payment methods available to them whenever possible.
UW Oshkosh tuition scholarships and external scholarships may not show on your Student Account until after you arrive on-campus.

AT UW OSHKOSH
Student Financial Services at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh includes the Cashier’s Office, Student Accounts Receivable and Collections. Through these offices, students on all three campuses can pay bills, receive refund checks, manage Federal Perkins and Nursing Student loans and find answers to account questions.
