UW Oshkosh is unveiling three new partnerships that will give students greater access to a variety of mental health and crisis support. These services can be used independently or in conjunction with our on-campus Counseling Center services.

Is a new platform that helps you navigate campus resources on your own terms, set independent goals and engage in
self-improvement skill building. Get started today by logging in with your NETID.

MANTRA HEALTH gives FREE clinically informed and culturally responsive care to you. Mantra offers:

  • Virtual therapy and psychiatry support
  • One-on-one sessions with experienced mental health providers
  • Access to a diverse pool of clinicians
  • Increased availability on nights and weekends, in addition to weekdays

Students will need to create a profile on to use their services.

AFTER HOURS SUPPORT – UW Mental Health 24/7
Students can connect with the UW Mental Health Support line at no cost
24 hours a day, seven days a week. Counselors will work with you to ensure your mental health concerns and crises are managed properly and you receive the best care possible in the moment. Bilingual representatives are available.
