We are launching a new advertising campaign to recruit students to the education profession by featuring UWO alumni and the quintessential role educators play in students’ lives. Willing participants will work with our marketing team to be photographed and interviewed to highlight their journey and goals within the teaching profession.


The main campaign’s goals are to: 
  • Actively recruit high school students with the skillsets and dispositions needed to dedicate time to the vocation, respond to demands of the job and revel in the successes in the classroom.
  • Highlight the innate innovations and creativity connected with the teaching profession.
  • Show the variety of services teachers provide to students (advocate, mentor, disciplinarian, friend and confidant) that help shape or change a student’s life.
  • Showcase the connection between the teaching profession and industry. Industry partners often rely on teachers to cultivate the beginning seeds of talent.
