Wisconsin Integrated Software Catalog
WISC allows you to purchase popular software packages at substantial discounts.

Office 365
Use online versions of or install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, and Access on up to 5 devices. The plan also includes 1TB of OneDrive storage.

Personal Equipment Purchases – Software and hardware discounts may be available for university employees and students. 

Document Services

Document Services is the on-site, full service print center for the faculty, staff and administrative personnel of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Document Services is open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except when campus is closed.

To coordinate your next reproduction or printing order, be sure to plan it out with Document Services staff.

Oshkosh Campus Transportation

Alternative transportation options are offered UW Oshkosh in the forms of buses, shuttles, Enterprise car-sharing and Zimride.


Area Public Transportation


  • GO Transit’s provides bus service within the City of Oshkosh, paratransit services to elderly and disabled individuals, paratransit service to low-income workers, and intercity bus service to Neenah.
  • Lamers Bus Company offers regular service through “Lamers Connect” between Wisconsin cities, with pickup and drop off in front of Gruenhagen Conference Center on campus.


  • Valley TransitValley Transit provides safe and reliable public transportation to the many communities that comprise the Fox Cities. Our service area covers 117 square miles and serves Appleton, Buchanan, Grand Chute, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Little Chute, City of Menasha, Fox Crossing, or Neenah, you can use Valley Transit to get where you need to go.
  • The Connector regional transportation initiative, was developed in partnership with Valley Transit to address the needs of individuals with lower incomes relying on public transportation for employment purposes.


Parking On Campus

To park a car on the UW Oshkosh Fox Cities and Oshkosh campus you must buy a  parking permit in order to park. Purchase a permit.

Reeve Union Resources

Titan Central

The Titan Central service desk is located in Reeve Union and serves as the campus information desk, a full‐service USPS location, campus lost and found, and the TitanCard/Titan Dollars office. Other services offered includes dry cleaning and passport photos.

Titan Card

The TitanCard is the official identification card for every student, faculty and staff member at UW Oshkosh and so much more. It offers a convenient, easy and safe way to make purchases and utilize services available throughout campus.

Titan Dollars

One payment method for all your on-campus purchases! Use Titan Dollars on your TitanCard instead of carrying cash.
