2026 Summer Housing Information

Dates

For current residence hall students only: Sunday, May 17 – Friday, August 7
For students moving into our residence halls from off campus: Sunday, June 7 at 10AM – Friday, August 7 at 8PM (May 29-30 early move-in option may be available)
For summer residents with 2026-2027 UWO housing contracts: housing may be available after Friday, August 7

Location

Select 4-bedroom suites on the 4th floor of Horizon Village
Select rooms on the 2nd floor of South Scott (single rooms with portable A/C units)

Rate

$133 per week. Non-UWO students staying on campus must pay in full by July 1st. Billed to UWO student accounts.

Eligibility

Current UWO students enrolled in summer or fall classes.
Non-UWO students enrolled at any other accredited higher education institution who are either taking a course through UWO or are completing a local internship.
Fox Valley Technical College students with an active housing contract taking summer coursework.

Verification of course enrollment or internship will be required.

Application

For all contracts completed by May 1, assignments will be communicated by email shortly after. We continue to accept applications until all available space has been filled.

2026 End of Year Move-Out Information

Thank you for a great school year! Here is information regarding moving out of your residence hall for the year.

Students must checkout of their residence hall rooms by Saturday, May 16 at 8PM. If students need to stay past that date due to an approved university-sponsored event or international travel, they may request a late checkout with this form.

More information about end-of-year move-out will be posted shortly.

2026 May Term Housing Information

Dates: May 17 – June 5, 2026

Request an extension of your housing contract to include the three-week May Term (ONLY):

May Term housing will be in South Scott Hall. Students in other halls during the academic year will need to move to South Scott.
Please note that May Term has a separate housing fee. The housing cost for May Term housing: $266 (the summer rate).
During May Term, we begin transitioning to summer housing operations – including reduced desk services and no planned activities.

Students must request May Term housing by Friday, May 1 by completing this form.
