On November 15, 2010, the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh broke ground on a new suite-style residence hall. This is the first new Residence Hall Facility on the UW Oshkosh campus since 1967. This facility offers many new opportunities for students at UW Oshkosh. Below is a timeline of the site where Horizon Village was built.

November 15, 2011 – Ground breaking for Horizon Village

2012

July 9, 2012 – Construction is completed

September 3, 2012 – Horizon Village Opens
