Loft Rental

Rental lofts are not needed in Evans, Stewart, Horizon Village, Fletcher, North Scott, and Taylor Halls. These buildings have lofts furnished so there will be no need for a rental if you live in one of these buildings.

In South Scott Hall, self-designed or homemade lofts are not allowed due to sprinkler system requirements.  Only university rental lofts are allowed.

Residence Hall Room Linens

In order to maximize the comfort of all students, University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh has extra long beds (greater than 76 inches in length). These extra-long mattresses require specially-sized sheets, comforters and blankets.

Residence Hall Laundry Services

Residence Life has contracted with Fowler Laundry Services to provide state of the art laundry facilities within our residence halls which are free to use for on campus residents. All of our residence halls are equipped with high-efficiency, front-loading washing machines. For the best results, use high-efficiency (HE) detergent and always follow the manufacturer’s directions on the detergent bottle label. Pre-measured HE liquid packets are also recommended and are quite convenient.

Fowler also provides an app that will send you text alerts when your wash cycle is complete or when other machines become available. The system is called KioSoft Campus View.
