Supplemental Security Income

You must apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) at your Social Security office and must qualify for a federal SSI payment to receive the state SSI payment.

Birth to Age 3 Program

The Wisconsin Birth to 3 Program is committed to serving children under the age of 3 with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. 

WIC | Women, Infants and Children Program

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a nutrition program for pregnant women, infants, women who are breastfeeding, postpartum women, and children younger than 5.
