Open Positions
Teachers And Teacher Assistants
Positions are full-time, contracted positions. Applicants must posses appropriate degree in Early Childhood Education. Contracts are for 9 months (Sept 1 through first Friday in June) with an additional compensation for work completed in August.
- 3K Teacher or 4K Teacher | DPI Certified Teacher- $46,464 or Head Start Teacher – $33,169.20-$35,954.40 per 9 months contract requires associate/bachelor’s degree in education (EC preferred)
- Teacher Assistant |Requires an associate degree in education (EC preferred) or CDA, $17.20-$18.35 per hour.
- Classroom Aide | 18 years of age and a high school diploma or alternate is required. Optional 16- or 28-hour work week, $15.35-$16.20 per hour.
Cooks
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. These positions have starting wages of $15.80-$16.27 per hour and also receive benefits through the UW. Insurance, Vacation, personal days, and sick time. Must be willing to complete a course within 6 month of hire (paid by UW Oshkosh Head Start).
