Daily housekeeping is not provided; however, all common areas in the conference center (including bathrooms) are cleaned on a daily basis.

Payment for the room is required at check-in.  We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or check. Cash is not accepted.

Linen/towel packets are available for a scheduled exchange at US$7.50/person. This option is only available to camps and conferences with a minimum of a 10 night stay.

Visitor weekend parking (i.e. parking without the need for a permit) is only allowed 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays and 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays. During all other times, parking permits are required to park in UWO parking lots. Additional parking information can be found on the Parking Services website.

Lost or missing keys will result in a $115USD charge per key and a $10USD charge per access card.
