Anne Burns Hillenbrand Family Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship provides full standard resident tuition for a graduating high school senior. Selection is based on the individual's merit and financial need. The award is renewable for an additional three years.
Cheryl Mellenthin Nursing Scholarship	Non-endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen who plan to pursue a nursing degree. It is awarded based on financial need. Preference is given to students from Wisconsin. It is renewable for an additional three years.
Community Enrichment Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to incoming undergraduate students who have a strong desire to attend UW-Oshkosh and better their life, family, and community with a college degree. Recipients may not be eligible for need-based grants. Special consideration will be given to students who plan to use their career and life for social and community enrichment and to those who graduated from Algoma High School.
Don and Rose Kutchera Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is award to incoming freshmen who are residents of Oshkosh, WI and attended a high school in Oshkosh, WI. It is awarded based on academic achievement, a diverse mixture of extracurricular activities (excluding athletics), participation in community service activities outside of high school, and financial need.
Erwin G. Ackerman Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from an Oshkosh, WI high school who will be pursuing an engineering degree. It is awarded based on a strong academic record. The award is renewable for a second year.
First Generation Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen admitted to UW-Oshkosh who are first-generation college student. It is awarded based on academic achievement and financial need.
Halsey Memorial Scholarship	Non-endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to a graduate of a public high school in Oshkosh, WI who will be pursuing a major within the Teacher Education Program. It is renewable for an additional three years.
Jim Dykstra First Generation Freshman Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is given to an incoming freshman who is a first-generation college student based on leadership, academic achievement, and financial need.
John and Pat Kerrigan Freshman Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen based on academic achievement and financial need.
Lucille & Ray Tack Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Spencer High School based on academic achievement, financial need, and involvement in extracurricular activities (excluding athletics). The award is renewable.
Mary Frances Bullamore Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshmen based on academic achievement and financial need. Preference is given to elementary education majors.
Michael D. Wachtel Memorial Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshman based on involvement in extracurricular and community activities, educational and career goals, character, and work ethic. The award is renewable for three additional years.
Michele Lipschultz Freshman Scholarship	Non-endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen who have overcome family or personal obstacles/hardships to pursue their education. Financial need is required.
Philip & Jean Nelson Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen who have a parent or grandparent who is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh. It is awarded based on academic achievement and involvement in extracurricular activities (excluding athletics).
Susan Hardy Heaney Memorial Scholarship	Endowed	Admissions	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen who plan to major in nursing, special education, social work, or human services. It is awarded based on academic achievement and financial need.

It is awarded based on financial need and an outstanding commitment to their work in the Financial Aid Office and to the University.
Everett G. Pyle Graduate Scholarship	Endowed	Financial Aid	This scholarship is awarded to graduate students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, promise for graduate scholarship, and have financial need.
Frank W. Radford Memorial Scholarship	Non-endowed	Financial Aid	This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students who graduated from a Winnebago County, WI high school. It is awarded based on scholastic achievement, good character, leadership, and financial need.
Lucile Morton Grams Scholarship	Endowed	Financial Aid	This scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate student with a strong desire to continue their education and has a need for financial support due to special circumstances. Academic achievement is not considered beyond meeting the minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA requirement. Applicant must have financial need based on the FAFSA but must not qualify for federal grants.
Mary Susan Sieber Memorial Scholarship	Endowed	Financial Aid	This scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate based on financial need, academic achievement, and desire to earn a degree after taking time off from their studies.
Renee & Tom Boldt Scholarship	Endowed	Financial Aid	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen or current undergraduates who are WI residents. It is awarded based on academic ability and financial need. Applications are encouraged from older and other non-traditional students, minorities, previously incarcerated persons, and others who face challenging circumstances.
Thomas A. Plein Memorial Endowed Scholarship	Endowed	Financial Aid	This scholarship is awarded to a degree-seeking student based on financial need and excellence in academic achievement under distressed conditions.
Viola C. Vedder Memorial Scholarship	Endowed	Financial Aid	This scholarship is awarded to a degree-seeking student based on financial need. Preference is given to applicants with a farm background.
Walter & Linda Busalacchi Endowed Scholarship	Endowed	Financial Aid	This scholarship is awarded to incoming transfer students or current undergraduate students who are first-generation college students. For transfer students, preference is given to those transferring from a two-year institution. It is awarded based on academic achievement and must financial need.
Clifford A. Christl & Family Endowed Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior at Green Bay East High School. Preference is given students intending to major in journalism. Preference is also given to first-generation college students.
Dan Grady Memorial Scholarship	Non-endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to undergraduates who are looking to pursue a career in the mental health field that benefits those who are in need of assistance in a time of crisis. Preference is given to psychology, social work, and sociology majors.
Dan Klatt Memorial Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to students who are active members of Delta Chi fraternity, Delta Chi alumni, and their immediate family members.
Daniel W. Raaf Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students with a declared major in one of the following areas: art, computer science, English, foreign languages, geography, geology, biology, microbiology, chemistry, mathematics, music, physics, and astronomy. It is awarded based on academic achievement and financial need.
Delta Sigma Phi Scholarship	Non-endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students who are Delta Sigma Phi members or immediate family members of Delta Sigma Phi members or alumni. It is awarded based on academic achievement and leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities (excluding athletics).

George D. Dallas Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors at Stevens Point Area Senior High School (SPASH) and to graduates of SPASH who are currently enrolled at UWO. Preference is given to applicants with a major or minor in human kinetics (physical education). It is awarded based on leadership skills in extracurricular activities (excluding athletics) and financial need.
Gladys J. Larson Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate student enrolled in their first semester at UWO with a strong desire to continue their education. Contributions to the University (excluding athletic participation) and financial need is considered in the selection process. Academic achievement is not considered beyond meeting the minimum 2.9 cumulative GPA requirement in their first semester.
Hugh B. Jones Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen who completed their last four semesters of elementary school at Redgranite Elementary School. It is awarded primarily based on scholarship ability and secondarily based on financial need.
Irving H. Wallace Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students based on financial need academic achievement.
Jack Bucklin Memorial Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate student who is a current member of Delta Sigma Phi or a family member of a Delta Sigma Phi alumnus.
Jim Miazga Leadership Scholarship	Non-endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to a fifth-year senior who has demonstrated learning outcomes in civic engagement/community service, leadership abilities, and teamwork (excluding athletics).
John & Pat Kerrigan Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to sophomore students based on academic achievement and leadership ability.
Ken & Mable Schaefer Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students who graduated from a high school in Oshkosh, WI. Academic achievement is a consideration only in that the recipient must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. It is awarded based on financial need.
Lifelong Learner Scholarship for Academic Excellence	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is given to a degree-seeking undergraduate student who was enrolled at another college for a minimum of two semesters prior to completing three or more semesters at UW-Oshkosh. It is awarded based on academic achievement. Preference is given to students with a history of volunteer/community service.
Linda Knapp McCreery Memorial Scholarship	Non-endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to students who are single parents. It is awarded based on financial need and career goals.
Mabel E. Rasmussen Memorial Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students who graduated from a Winnebago County, WI high school. It is awarded based on financial need, scholastic achievement, and leadership.
Mark L. Tremble Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	Unrestricted scholarship fund awarded based on the greatest needs of the University to support recruitment and retention.
Oshkosh 94 Student Leadership Award	Endowed	Foundation	This award recognizes students who continue efforts to advance the standing and enhance the experiences of African American students at UW-Oshkosh. Recipient should demonstrate leadership in promoting equity, inclusion, and social justice for African Americans. This award was created through a project to commemorate "Black Thursday," the November 21, 1968 protest by African-American students attending UW-Oshkosh.
Rath Family Endowed Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to a graduating high school senior who resides in Two Rivers, WI and is admitted to UW-Oshkosh.
Rebecca Ruth Collins-Payne Continuing Education Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to non-traditional students pursuing an undergraduate degree.
Robert & Lynne Keller Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	Unrestricted scholarship fund awarded based on the greatest needs of the University to support recruitment and retention.
Roger E. Guiles Leadership-Scholarship Award	Endowed	Foundation	This award is given to a sophomore student leader who most notably represents a reflection of the ideals of the University, has good scholarship habits as reflected in GPA, and has shown leadership in encouraging other students to become positively involved.
Rudoy Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	Unrestricted scholarship fund awarded based on the greatest needs of the University to support recruitment and retention.
Ruth Mace Endowed Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	Unrestricted scholarship fund awarded based on the greatest needs of the University to support recruitment and retention.
Sarah Manis Locke Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen who are residents of Fond du Lac and are graduating from Fond du Lac High School. It is awarded based on academic achievement and extracurricular participated with special consideration given for drama, community service, and student government activities.
Sister Irene Kohne Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students from Fond du Lac County. It is awarded based on involvement in community service projects, charitable organizations, and/or extracurricular activities (excluding athletics) with an emphasis on activities directly related to serving others, as well as financial need.
UW Credit Union Endowed Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students based on financial need.
Virginia C. Wagener Memorial Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to students who have financial need but don't qualify for need-based grants.
Wolfgang P. Kowalski Scholarship	Endowed	Foundation	This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen. First preference is given to students graduating from Gibraltar High School in Fish Creek, WI. The preferred recipient must demonstrate a zest for life and an entrepreneurial tendency. Academic achievement is also taken into consideration. If there are no qualified applicants from Gibraltar High School, students graduating from any high school in Oshkosh, WI will be considered for the award.

John and Linda Schuh Oshkosh Scholar Award	Non-endowed	Office of Student Research & Creative Activity	This scholarship is awarded to the student with the best research paper published in the Oshkosh Scholar. Selection criteria include: Outstanding Scholarship; Depth of Analysis; Creativity, Uniqueness, and Originality; and Quality of Exposition.
Lynn Westbrook Research Award	Endowed	Office of Student Research & Creative Activity	This award is given to support students involved with environmental research at UW-Oshkosh.
Edward Penson Fund for Faculty	Endowed	Office of the Provost	This funds is used to award the Edward M. Penson Faculty Award, which is given to tenured or tenure-track faculty based on a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and excellence in scholarship or service to the University and the Edward M. Penson Distinguished Teaching Award, which is given to faculty or instructional staff members based on a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching.
Faculty Development Award	Endowed	Office of the Provost	Provides support to a tenured associate professor's research and publication efforts as they prepare for promotion to full professor.
John E. and Patricia M. Kerrigan Fund	Endowed	Office of the Provost	This funds supports the John E. and Patricia M. Kerrigan Distinguished Teaching Award, which is given to faculty and instructional academic staff members with an excellence record in teaching.
