Internal Service Delivery

Internal Service Delivery (ISD) in Workday refers to the processes used to manage internal billing for goods and services exchanged within UW Oshkosh and between the Universities of Wisconsin. ISDs allow departments to charge one another for services such as printing, IT support, facilities work, or other internal operations. These transactions ensure accurate cost distribution, transparent financial reporting, and consistent application of university financial policies. 

Before internal billing can be processed, an Internal Service Provider and Internal Catalog Item(s) must be set up as a vendor in Workday. This setup enables the unit to create and manage Internal Service Delivery (ISD) transactions for billing activities within the campus and between other universities in the system.
