You can find C by looking for groups of two black keys. The note just to the left of the first black key is C.

All adjacent notes on the keyboard are HALF STEPS.
This is the smallest interval in Western Music. Some other cultures use intervals that are smaller.

For example, Indian classical music uses microtones-intervals that fall between the half steps.
