Welcome to Dr. Mark W. Bowen's Homepage
This webpage provides a brief summary of my research and teaching interests and experiences and an overview of the Soils Research Laboratory in the Department of Geography and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
I am a graduate (2011) of the Department of Geography at the University of Kansas. I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and Director of the Soils Research Laboratory (Sage Hall 4456). Generally speaking, my interests are in physical geography, more specifically soils, geomorphology, and paleoclimatology.
