UW Oshkosh offers flexible meal plans for our residential students. These plans allow students to eat when and how they want on campus. Additionally, each meal plan comes with Titan Dollars, allowing students flexibility with their eating options on campus.

RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS CAN CHANGE THEIR MEAL PLAN IN THE HOUSING PORTAL UNTIL AUGUST 5, 2026

• Meal Plan changes can be made from September 14th to September 18th at 2:00 pm
• Resident Meal Plans are purchased through your housing contract process and billed directly to your student account. While you have a housing contract and are approved to reside on-campus, you must have a meal plan.
• Resident students with less than 30 credits or who have not lived in the UW Oshkosh residence halls for at least two semesters must choose from the Classic and Access Meal Plans.
• Students with 30 credits or more or who have lived in the UW Oshkosh residence halls for two semesters may choose the Classic Meal Plan, Access Meal Plan, or the Platinum, Gold, or Silver Meal Plans.
• Students with 60 credits or more may also now choose the Ultimate Copper plan in addition to the Classic Meal Plan, Access Meal Plan, or the Platinum, Gold, or Silver Meal Plans.
• Students with 90 credits or more may now choose the Ultimate Bronze plan in addition to Classic, Access, Copper, Platinum, Gold, or Silver Meal Plans.
• All meal plans are for the 17-week semester in the fall (regular semester and 3-week interim) and 14-week semester in the spring.
• Changes to a larger plan can be made anytime during the semester.
• Spring Meal Plan changes can be submitted through an online form starting January 15th and ending at 2:00 pm on the first Friday of the Spring semester.
• If you change your Fall Meal Plan, your Spring Meal plan will also be changed.
• Your student billing is the confirmation for any changes.**
• Resident Meal plans will be canceled upon termination of your housing contract. Any credit received will be applied to your student account.**
• Your unused Fall semester Titan Dollars roll into the Spring semester. All Titan Dollars must be used by the end of Spring semester or transferred to a UWO Gift Card (valid for five years). Contact Titan Central with any questions about Titan Dollars.

Classic Meal Plan

The Classic Meal Plan comes with 14 regular meals per week (up to 4 regular meals per day). The meal plan has an additional 20 Bonus Meals per semester that may be used for a guest or self anytime at most campus dining locations. The plan also comes with $100 Titan Dollars and may be used at any food location or vending machine on campus. Unused Fall semester Titan Dollars roll into Spring semester, but must be used by the end of May-term. Prices listed are valid August 2026 – June 2027.

Ultimate Meal Plans

​Ultimate Meal Plans are a set block of meals to be used for a guest or self anytime in all campus dining locations. Ultimate Meal Plans also include Titan Dollars and may be used at any dining location or vending machine on campus. All Ultimate Meals must be used in the semester the meal plan is purchased, and Titan Dollars must be used by the end of May-term. If you have used all of your Ultimate Meals and would like to add additional meals to your Ultimate Meal Plan, please complete this form. Prices listed are valid August 2026 – June 2027.
