You will find delicious, convenient food at several dining locations on campus—all serviced by Aramark Collegiate Hospitality or the student staff in the Titan Underground. Whether you live on or off campus, UW Oshkosh has options that aim to match culinary favorites and special dietary needs.
MEAL PLANS
UW Oshkosh offers flexible meal plans for all students. Our meal plans are a perfect blend of meals and Titan Dollars, allowing students to have flexibility with their eating options and spending meals.
*Meal plans do not roll over from fall to spring semester only the Titan Dollars do. Bulk buy for unused Ultimate meal swipes has been offered in the past, however this may not always be an option so budget accordingly because any unused meals are forfeited.

University Dining is committed to providing a quality dining program to serve the needs of students, faculty, staff, and our campus visitors and guests. We offer a variety of dining locations and menus, as well as events showcasing our culinary offerings.
University Dining manages the dining program and the UW Oshkosh meal plan program. UW Oshkosh contracts a professional food service organization, Titan Hospitality, to provide on-campus dining services.

Where can I use my meal plan?

Am I required to have a meal plan?
All students living in a residence hall are required to purchase a meal plan.
How do I sign up for a meal plan?
If you are a resident student you will change your meal plan in your Housing Portal. Go to the page in your application labeled “Meal Plans.” There will be a drop-down menu listing all meal plans you are eligible for. Simply click the meal plan you would like and then save your application.
If you are an off-campus student you will fill out the Off-campus Meal Plan Form.
What is the difference between the Classic and the Access plans?
The Classic meal plan comes with 14 regular meals per week which reset on Friday mornings. It also includes 20 bonus meals and $100.00 Titan Dollars per semester.
The Access meal plan offers students the ability to eat up to two regular meals per hour. It also includes 30 bonus meals and $100.00 Titan Dollars per semester.
What are Bonus meals?
Looking for a variety with your meal plan? You can use bonus meals at other locations during the week. You can use them for yourself, a friend, or a family member.
What are Titan Dollars and where can I use them?
Titan Dollars are campus currency that can be used at a multitude of locations including all dining locations, vending machines, and the bookstore. You can reload them and check your balance in your UWO portal. Titan Dollars can also be used at select off-campus vendors.
Can I change my meal plan?
Yes, you can change your meal plan.
- Fall meal plans can be changed until 2:00 pm on the second Friday of the semester.
- Spring meal plans can be changed until 2:00 pm on the first Friday of the semester.
Once the change period has ended you can only move up to a higher meal plan.
Can I cancel my meal plan?
If you are living in the Resident Halls, you cannot cancel your meal plan. If you are approved to move off campus after the start of the semester, dining will reach out and verify with you if you wish to keep your current meal plan or change your plan.
If you live off campus and signed up for a meal plan, you can only cancel your fall meal plan during the second week of the semester until Friday at 2:00 PM.
Where can I see what meal plan I am on and how many meals I have left?
On Titan Web, find Titan Services in the top right-hand corner of the page. Under the drop-down menu, click UWO Portal. You will log in with your Titan ID. Once logged in, there is a panel on the home page that tells you how many meals and Titan dollars you have left on your card.
What is an Ultimate meal plan?
Ultimate meal plans are a block of meals that can be used at most dining locations on campus. These meal plans offer the most flexibility and must be used in the semester that the meal plan was purchased.
When am I eligible for an Ultimate meal plan?
Students are eligible for the Ultimate meal plans once they have either earned 30 credits or more or lived in the resident halls for two or more semesters.
What if I have allergies to certain foods?
Contact the University Dietitian if you have special dietary needs that they need to be aware of. Their number is (920) 424-1368 or email them at diningdietitian@uwosh.edu.
Will unused meal swipes rollover from fall to spring?
Meal plans are purchased for each semester. Meal swipes will not carry over from Fall to Spring, like Titan Dollars do.
Will my meal plan automatically renew from fall to spring?
Yes, As a convenience to you, the meal plan you had for fall, will automatically be added for spring semester.
