Connecting students to coordinated support
and campus resources
Get Accommodations Easier
The Accessibility Center and Project Success are now utilizing the Accommodate software to easily connect with students with the resources and assistance they need in the fastest way possible and foster collaboration across campus stakeholders.
Register for Accommodate
Students will be able to select which office they are eligible to work with at UWO – the Accessibility Center, Project Success or a dual affiliation.
- All new UWO students requesting accommodation or support will need to complete an Accessibility Request.
- Students will also be asked to submit disability documentation and enter contact information. After approval of the Accessibility Request a staff member will contact the student to set up an intake meeting.
- Please note students only need to fill out an Accessibility Request when initially applying for accommodation and services.
- After that, students are only required to complete a Semester Request each semester to obtain their accommodation form.

Current Students
Students already registered with the Accessibility Center and/or Project Success will use Accommodate to request accommodations each semester. Students will login to Accommodate with their NetID.
Please note that accommodations do not automatically roll-over from semester to semester; you must request them for each semester.
