Center for Student Success and Belonging
The Center for Student Success and Belonging (CSSB) is dedicated to the growth and personal development of UW Oshkosh students. The CSSB aims to empower and inform students, faculty, staff and the broader community to create an equitable, diverse and inclusive campus climate through outreach initiatives, educational programming, leadership opportunities and events.

CSSB Programs
UW Oshkosh is home to more than 1,300 students of color.

UW Oshkosh has 18 diversity and inclusion-centered student organizations.
It’s an amazing opportunity to work with TRIO SSS. The community that they’ve created is really welcoming, fun, caring and supportive whether it’s academically or personally. I’m glad I was able to meet many of my colleagues through this wonderful program!
