Case Management Services

The goal of case management is to support students by providing resources, referrals, and advocacy on various needs. We strive to provide quality referral information in a timely manner taking into account the individual needs of each student.

What We Help With

1. Basic needs (food pantries, medical insurance, shelter, etc.)
2. Counseling needs (for clinical needs outside of the Counseling Center’s scope of service or personal preference for a community provider)
3. Medical needs (provider referrals, addressing financial barriers for care, etc.)
4. Community Resources (support groups, interpersonal violence support, etc.)

How to Make an Appointment

Call the Counseling Center at (920) 424-2061 and request a case management appointment.

Please be sure to bring your insurance card to the appointment to assist with a timely referral.
